Irrigation Spring Startup Rates

+ tax for the first 1-5 zones (rates based on 3-5 heads per zone)

(ex: 8 zones = $286.56 + tax, 9 zones = $307.08 + tax, etc.)
Includes travel time to the job, turning on the valve, running through each zone, checking functionality, programming controller, and determining if repairs or upgrades are needed.

Irrigation Repairs
Standard repairs are priced on a flat rate basis. If a separate trip is involved, there will also be a travel fee.
Typical Irrigation System Installations
The typical range for a ¼ acre is $6,250-$8,250, depending on the complexity and number of zones. Final pricing determined after on-site evaluation. Price includes piping from well tank or water meter location. Pricing increases incrementally based on the area/quantity of zones and the system's complexity.
Irrigation Design & Consultation Estimating Fee

$49.95 per ¼ acre. Price includes consultation, professional system design, and system mapping by drawing. This fee will be credited towards installation.
Landscape Lighting Design & Consultation Estimating Fee
(for new potential customers only)

Flat rate
Price includes consultation and mapping of lighting fixture placement and type by drawing. This fee will be credited towards installation.
